Eric Palm is the Village Administrator and is the chief appointed official for the organization.  He reports to the Village President and Board of Trustees and handles the day-to-day operations of the Village.  In addition, he advises the elected officials in matters of policy and carries out their goals and objectives.

Linda Vasquez in her capacity as Village Clerk is responsible for all papers belonging to the village. She has custody and control of all municipal papers.  She attends all meetings of the village authorities and maintains a full record of all proceedings.

Eric Bahe, in his capacity as Village Treasurer, is contracted through Krueger and Associates and is the custodian of all funds belonging to the municipality.  He maintains records of all accounts for each fund or appropriation.
