Frontline Public Safety Solutions Public Portal

The Hampshire Police Department is pleased to announce the implementation of the Frontline Public Safety Portal, offering residents an additional, convenient way to request overnight parking permission, arrange a home watch while on vacation, or add information for At Risk Residents. Visit https://www.frontlinepss.com/hampshire-il for more information.

The Hampshire Police Department hopes that the introduction of this online portal will make these processes more efficient and accessible for all residents. The portal can be accessed from any device with internet capabilities, including cell phones, tablets, and computers.

For more information, contact the Hampshire Police Department at (847) 683-2240.

Overnight Parking

Parking on Village of Hampshire streets is prohibited between the hours of 1:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. November 1 to April 1 of each year (per Village ordinance 2-6-1-O) - Violators will be ticketed.  If you need to park a vehicle overnight, you must contact the Hampshire Police Department by phone at (847) 683-2240 or submit your request using the Frontline Public Safety Solutions online system. Making a request by phone or using the Frontline Public Safety Solutions online system does not constitute express permission to park in violation of the Village of Hampshire Ordinance. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Vacation Home Watch

Residents planning to leave their homes vacant for an extended period of time can now request home watch through the online portal or by phone. Provide details of the property, keyholders, and date range for the watch. Officers will make periodic check of the property, time permitting.

At-Risk Residents

Families can provide important details about at-risk individuals in their households, such as those with medical conditions or disabilities, ensuring that first responders have the necessary information in case of an emergency.
